Rilezus are official reproductions of anime cel artworks, produced from original production drawings. Printed in limited editions, they were designed to offer a more accessible alternative to original cels while preserving the composition, visual intent, and spirit of the source material.
Unlike simple decorative prints, Rilezus are part of a clearly defined editorial approach. They allow images from traditional animation to be preserved and circulated at a time when original cels have become increasingly rare, fragile, and difficult to acquire. As such, they occupy an intermediate position between unique works and mass-produced reproductions, with their own artistic and historical value.
This subcategory brings together Rilezus selected from my personal collection, along with reference points to understand their origin, status, and role within the world of anime art. A space designed for enthusiasts and collectors who wish to approach these pieces as vehicles of visual transmission, and to place them thoughtfully within a broader collecting perspective beyond mere rarity.
